Privacy Notice

This notice explains the data handled by the PA$$ Site member experience. It should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before broad commercial launch.

What we collect

After you sign in with ChatGPT and consent, PA$$ stores your Site-specific user identifier, email address, display name, consent history, simulated selections, details you enter about bets already placed elsewhere, decision notes, and Pool Party records. ChatGPT authenticates you; PA$$ does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.

Why we use it

Required information provides your private account, saved records, analytics, data export and account deletion. Optional product-usage analytics are used only when you opt in and are not required for membership.

Where records live

New member records are stored in managed PA$$ Site infrastructure. Historical PA$$ records may remain in the established Google Cloud system during migration and are not automatically copied or deleted.

Sharing and wagering

PA$$ does not place wagers and does not send simulated selections to a sportsbook. Member records are not sold. Service providers may process data only to operate hosting, authentication and member features.

Your controls

From the member workspace you can download the data held by this Site or delete your Site profile, consent history, selections and Pool Parties. For legacy-record or other privacy requests, contact support@pass-sports.net.

Retention and security

Records remain until you delete them or PA$$ applies a documented retention policy. We use authenticated access, server-side ownership checks and protected secrets, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
